Quintin King
President
Since 1996, Quintin King started working in the senior housing industry with direct experience in accounting, finance, and operations. He started his career with Holiday Retirement, the largest privately held senior housing companies at the time in North America where he played a key role in the re-implementation of back office accounting systems and processes. In 2000, Quintin joined one of the big six public accounting firms within their business consulting practice focusing on large and complex projects. In this capacity he specialized in strategic planning, system implementations, and process reengineering.
Michael Fountain
Senior Vice President of Operations
Michael Fountain brings over 25 years of dedicated senior living experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Operations for Brightwater. With a proven track record of excellence in operational leadership, Michael is passionate about fostering environments where residents thrive and team members excel.
Throughout his career, Michael has successfully led diverse teams, optimized operational efficiencies, and implemented innovative strategies to enhance the quality of care and service across multiple senior living communities. His expertise spans independent living, assisted living, and memory care, making him a versatile leader who understands the unique needs of residents and their families.
Charlene Calder
Director of Accounting
As a dedicated and detailed-oriented accounting professional, Charlene Calder, has been meeting the accounting needs of public and private entities for the past 16 years. She currently works as the Director of Accounting for Brightwater Senior Living Group LLC and specializes in handling the finance department and construction accounting for both the US and Canadian entities. Charlene graduated from California State University, Eastbay formerly Hayward with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting emphasis. Charlene enjoys camping, gardening and mountain bike riding with family and friends.
David Limburg
Senior Director of Hospitality
David Limburg brings years of food & beverage experience and knowledge to the leadership team at Brightwater. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, David’s background spans independent restaurants, senior living, private clubs, and high-end resorts. David has held the following positions in the resort and food & beverage industry including Director of Food & Beverage, Membership Manager, Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Sous, Chef, Service Director, Special Events Coordinator, and Restaurant Manager. He has experience in both the front and back of the house, but his passion lies in building teams, providing excellent service, and creating memorable experiences for guests and staff members.
Cassie Grisar
Senior Director of Marketing & Brand Awareness
Cassandra Grisar, Senior Director of Marketing and Brand Awareness, boasts over a decade of dedicated service in the senior living industry. From Operations Director to her current role, her journey reflects a commitment to stabilizing and enhancing buildings, prioritizing resident and staff satisfaction. Cassandra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's in Business Administration, adding depth to her professional expertise.
In addition to her career achievements, Cassandra's approach to prioritizing the well-being of residents revolves around meeting them where they are, focusing on the pillars of living. Beyond her role, Cassandra finds joy in exploring the world through travel and attending concerts. Motivated by vibrant culture and meaningful social involvement, she values creating a positive environment within our community and is dedicated to enhancing lives and fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere.
Joel Sauter
Director of Infrastructure
Joel Sauter joined BrightWater in July 2019, adding 20 years of construction experience to the team. With a diverse background ranging from historically building restoration to large scale commercial project management, Joel’s primary focus at BrightWater will be to coordinate and oversee property maintenance operations as well as assisting in various construction and development tasks.
Mckenzie Sauer
Director of Health Services
McKenzie Sauer began her healthcare career in 2004 and became a nurse in 2016. As the former Executive Director of Brightwater Senior Living of Capital Crossing, McKenzie worked closely with families, government officials, and healthcare professionals to meet the care needs of residents while managing the community's operations.
Currently, McKenzie oversees all healthcare services at Brightwater. She is passionate about compassionately addressing our residents' care needs and ensuring high-quality service through assessments and tailored care plans. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her four children in her spare time.
Kimberley Nott
Tactical Area Director (W CAN)
Kim Nott, a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, received her Diploma in Nursing in 1991 and has since gained a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the elderly population in Winnipeg. Over her thirty-year nursing career, Kim has firmly committed to promoting her residents' and their families' health, well-being, and dignity. Her nursing practice is defined by empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of her residents. She is recognized for providing and ensuring quality care by overseeing her teams, building trust with residents and their families, and advocating for their rights and preferences.
Kim received the Long-Term Care Association Award of Excellence in Assisted Living in May 2024 and the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba Award of Excellence in the Clinical Practice Community category in June 2024.
Jasmine Ridenour
Tactical Area Director (SW US)
Prior to joining Brightwater, Jasmine was with Integral Senior Living (ISL) for over twelve years. Throughout her career at Integral Senior Living (ISL), she held a variety of positions, including Consultant, Senior Executive Director, Executive Director, Director of Sales and Marketing, Junior Financial Analyst, and Corporate Services Coordinator. Jasmine possess her RCFE Administrator Certificate, has a bachelor’s in healthcare administration and management and is currently pursuing her MBA in social impact with a focus on sustainability. Jasmine lives in Southern California and in her free time she is a regular at Orange Theory Fitness and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Arlene Latchford
Tactical Area Director (E CAN)
Born in Scotland and immigrating to Canada at age two, Arlene graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from York University.
Beginning in the tech sector in downtown Toronto, expertise naturally progressed into the sales and marketing industry, where Arlene honed her communication, strategy, and leadership skills.
In 2011, Arlene transitioned into the seniors' industry, starting as a Sales Leader. Her exceptional sales performance and unwavering commitment led to various regional management roles in sales and operations, where she consistently demonstrated her dedication to driving community census, service, and resident satisfaction.
Today, Arlene is passionate about fostering strong management teams and creating thriving communities. Her leadership and commitment ensure that residents receive the highest quality of service while empowering teams to reach their fullest potential.
Cynthia Sincuir
Senior Human Resources Manager
Cynthia Sincuir was born and raised in Southern California and received her Certificate in Human Resources from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Cynthia has 13 years of Human Resources and Payroll experience and is currently continuing her education in Human Resources.
Elizabeth Justema
Property and Asset Manager
Elizabeth spent 20 years in business-to-business marketing primarily in the software and semiconductor sectors for companies ranging from Microsoft to Nanometrics. She then taught economics, finance, and history at the high school level for 10 years. Property and asset management for Brightwater is now her focus. A native of Seattle, she has lived in Bend, Oregon for 24 years. Elizabeth graduated with her undergrad degree magna cum laude from University of Washington and her master’s degree summa cum laude from Oregon State University.
